Subaru models like the iconic 2021 Subaru Outback have long been lauded for their unparalleled safety systems. But for us, it goes beyond just being able to keep you safe; we want to provide coverage for when things go awry too.
That’s why each model that gets driven off our lot comes with a Subaru warranty.
What a Subaru Warranty Covers
Each new Subaru model comes with a standard three-year/36,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. However, four additional warranties are also included:
- Wear Item Limited Warranty: Three years/36,000 miles
- Powertrain Limited Warranty: Five years/60,000 miles
- Seat Belt Lifetime Limited Warranty: Lifetime years and miles
- Rust Perforation Limited Warranty: Five years/unlimited miles
By covering these five crucial areas, we can make sure you’re covered for just about any situation.
Limited Powertrain Warranty
In addition to the basic three-year/36,000-miles warranty, we at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills also offer a basic limited powertrain warranty (five-year/60,000-miles) that covers your car’s powertrain for the allotted time or distance.
This coverage protects a number of engine components:
- Engine and engine block with all its internal parts
- Cylinder heads and valve trains
- Oil pump and pan
- Timing belts and gears
- Water pump
- Flywheel
- Intake and exhaust
- Oil seals and gaskets
Having the right warranty for your car is essential to ownership, especially if you want to keep driving it for years to come. That’s why here at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills, we take pride in offering comprehensive coverage.
